One of the most common problems that people deal with their house is foreclosure. We are made to feel like it doesn't happen that often because it can be an embarrassing topic to discuss. So, those that have gone through this situation with their house, don't share their experience. The truth is, foreclosure happens, a lot. Don't let this set back get you down. There are many things that can happen after you get a Notice Trustee Sale to get out of the foreclosure process. One of those things is you can sell your home. Often, this is not provided to home owners that are faced with foreclosure. This usually isn't a viable option because the process to list your home, then market the home properly, take offers, accept an offer, and finally close on the house is a long one. A real estate agent will have you believe that this is the only way to sell your house. However, there is another way. Enter the Real Estate Investor (REI)So, then enters a Real Estate Investor (REI). These people are sometimes portrayed, usually by someone who had a bad experience with or is not knowledgeable, as predatory. Don't let someone's bad experience stop you from getting the help you need. These REI's can help most people out of a tough situation. The truth of the matter is this, if you are facing foreclosure you have to either bring the note current and then continue to keep it current until you pay the loan off or come up with the entirety of the note before the auction. Now, there are very good reasons that someone would fall behind on their mortgage. I will save that for another post. Sometimes it is a temporary set-back. If the foreclosure process proceeds to a trustee sale, then it will have a huge impact on the homeowners' credit and ability to buy when they have remedied their set-back. Wouldn't it be better stop the foreclosure, repair your credit, and save some money in the process? Then, once you are back on your feet again, then you will be able to purchase another home. REI's are a very good solution, because they buy in cash. A cash transaction does not have to take as long as a traditional mortgage because, well, its cash! Hiring an REII'm sure that you've heard the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly about Real Estate Investors. Truthfully, I have too. That is why I have tried to create a better company. One that puts integrity first. Your house is not the most important thing to our business, YOU are! There are plenty of REI's out there, just take a look at all the "We Buy Houses" signs on every street corner. My suggestion, is to interview them just like you would any one else providing you a service. You will find out pretty quick if you are important or is making a deal the most important thing to them. Choose the one that puts you first, and helps you figure out the next steps after the transaction. More often times then not, I refer clients to other services because we do not 'do a deal' for the sake of 'doing a deal'. We honestly and truly want to help you out of your situation. We believe that giving is the master key to success, in all applications of human life.
